“To Who it May Concern, and those who MUST know. This comes from many years as an agent, 16 to be exact. I have gone through the ups and downs as an agent following our crazy curves of the ever changing market. I have been on teams (2006-2007) (2010-2013, drove around countless hours gathering information and photos for BPO’s (2010-2012). What was to be my breakout year as again a solo agent( 2013) and ended in mediocre. I attended BOLD, I FAILED ( more than once), I attended career visioning/ recruit select back in the day, you name it, if it came I went. I attended BOLD a total of 12 times over the years. The last 2 times I was the Team Leader at the Marysville Market Center (409) where we hosted it. Then once more time as a solo agent at the end of 2019, right before the Corona Virus stopped the world. I had and still have a love hate relationship with BOLD. It means so much more to me now that it did earlier in my career. Every day I am spouting off BOLD affirmations, talking about drunk monkeys to my team, preaching about mindset, always striving to be the best me and not make excuses. It literally has changed my life and i'm so glad that I have drank the KOOL-AID all these years. As the team leader from January 2018-October 2019 I learned A TON. It was painful, it was hard, and I wouldn’t change a thing. I was going through divorce number 3.. Good times, let me tell you! I had a number of different coaches, some of the best in the business per MAPS, however, they didn’t work for me. I needed something different. I tried transitional coaching with the blessing of my OP, that seemed to shed a little light on me, in the end.. I ended my TL career to go back to being a full time agent as once again I was a single mom with 4 kids, the youngest being 1.5. In December 2019, I attended a Class taught by Ben Kinney, I believe it was Career Visioning. He had a guest speaker up on stage, they were talking about coaching and launching their new program. I immediately signed up, knowing I NEEDED a change. A few weeks later, I got a call from Lisa Zmuda.. We went over my wants and needs list, chatted and the rest is history! Lisa is not just a coach, she is an inspiration. She provides perspective that no other coach does. She is not all about the numbers, she is about the WHOLE ME! Working from the inside out. She listens, she coaches, she gives ideas and she is now a dear friend. Lisa and I started working together in January 2020, That was my year! I was going to move mountains. I had the highest GCI ever, I worked through a ton of garbage in my head and bought 2 duplexes.. The first 4 doors of many!! I closed the year at almost 10 million in sales.. The most ever, not an amazing number to some, but to me it was awesome. January 2021 was the start to greatness! I was in the process of selling my home of 21 years. My steady stable home, where I had mostly raised 3 of 4 children. I set out a goal of 20m in sales and 300k GCI. I hit that 300k in September! I ended the year at 450k GCI, bought 4 houses, one I live in, one a long term rental, that I am converting to a hostile for traveling nurses and have made 2 RV parking spots for even more passive income. A vacation home in Chelan Washington, and the last is a duplex in Leavenworth, with 2 RV spots. TRULY AN AWESOME YEAR!!! I also created a team in October 2021. I currently have 2 agents and 1 admin. We are going to rock 2022!! After the 3 years coaching with Lisa, I have decided that I too want to be a coach. Not just for my team but on a grander scale. I have done things I never thought were possible, I shock myself most of the time. It has been Lisa coaching me the whole way! Every Tuesday at 2:30 my schedule is CLEAR! Sometimes it's a work session, sometimes it's life, sometimes it's family therapy. EVERY TIME it's productive, insightful and she pushes me to do the next big thing. Lisa Zmuda is an amazing individual. She has been given a gift. Coaching is her calling and she changes lives. I will be forever grateful for her and our coaching sessions.
